How much does PC gaming cost at Monarch?
Regular price ₹100Opening offer price ₹80per hour₹100per hour. The minimum session is 30 minutes.
How much does PS5 gaming cost?

Is there an opening offer?
Yes. PC gaming is Regular price ₹100Opening offer price ₹80per hour₹100per hour and PS5 is Regular price ₹150Opening offer price ₹80per hour₹150per hour. Opening offer, ends 31 October.
Are there packs or memberships?
Daily package: ₹1,000 for 12 hours. Recharge 10 hours on Respawna to become a member. Members are billed per minute. Ask us on WhatsApp about more membership options.

How can I pay?
Cash, UPI.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, the hourly prices include GST.
Can we book for a group or a party?
Group, party, college and corporate bookings are on enquiry. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and headcount.
Booking
How do I book?
Fill in the booking form with your name, day and time, and PC or PS5, and it opens WhatsApp with your booking ready to send. Or just message us on WhatsApp.
How is my booking confirmed?
On WhatsApp, to the number you give us. We reply within a few minutes, 24/7.
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead holds a seat for you.
When is Monarch open?
Open 24 hours, every day.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Advance bookings need 25% paid upfront. Cancel at least 1 hour before your slot and it is refunded; cancel later and the 25% is kept.
What if I'm late for my slot?
A grace period of 15 to 20 minutes.
House rules
Is there a minimum age?
All ages welcome; game access depends on age ratings.
Do I need to bring ID?
No, you don't need ID to play.
Can I use my own game account?
Yes, you can sign in with your own game account.
Can I bring my own keyboard, mouse or headset?
Allowed; the customer is liable for any damage.
Can I bring outside food or drink?
Allowed in the downstairs lounge.
Can I smoke or vape?
Not allowed (including vaping).
Facilities
How many PCs and PS5s are there?
10 gaming PCs on the first floor and 2 PS5 consoles on the ground floor.
What are the PC specs?
Every PC has a 300Hz monitor (MSI, 300Hz) and a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti graphics card. The full list is on the PC Gaming page.
Is there food and drink?
Drinks such as Diet Coke, Monster, Red Bull, Predator and more, and snacks such as chips.
How fast is the internet?
300 Mbps.
How do I get to the PC zone?
Enter at the ground-floor reception on New Link Road. The PC zone is upstairs, reached by the stairs.
Which station is nearest?
Lower Malad Metro Station (300 m), Malad station (2 km), Goregaon station (3 km).
Is there a lift or wheelchair access?
Yes, there is a lift in the building. The ground floor (reception and the PS5 lounge) is wheelchair accessible.
